After years of classic equitation, Rita started horse trekking and learnt carriage driving, in France and around the world.
She has been an instructor for over 5 years and will make sure to pass her knowledge on. In order to provide confort and safety for the riders and horse.
At Les Ecuries du Lazare, she welcomes you at her farm. She always does her best to make you feel good and gives you gentle advice. Born and raised in Haute Provence she will happily guide you trough her native region and share its history and small stories

Django & Eric
Le Lazare is a family farm, built over 250 years ago. Back then, the farm had a flock of sheeps, a herd of horses and mules.
Thanks to her family’s support and kindness Rita created her project on the farm and fullfiled her dream.
Eric, always happy to chat with you and help his daughter with the horses. He is of great help and advice with construction and maintenance jobs on the farm. He makes sure everything is confortable and nice looking.
Django, he is very supportive and caring for his little sister. He will gladly share with you his knowledge about local plants and animals. He is and entomologist and will surely make you want to discover local buggs . https://www.flickr.com/photos/131193843@N08/
